classes: Mon 6.15pm (fortnightly), Tues 6.30pm, Wed 9.30am, WED 10.50am & Thur 6pm
There are currently five group classes per week to chose from in the Beaconsfield & Penn areas. All venues offer good parking.
You can attend the same class every time or pick and choose depending on your mood, energy or availability.
Please scroll further down this page for details of each class, to see what may suit best.
Classes run all year round; when I am away, I endeavour to arrange cover.

Lisa offers one-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly One to One or small group classes.
The price is £60 for one hour or £45 for 45 minutes
at Cedar Barn, Hazlemere
OR
£65 for one hour or £50 for 45 minutes
at your house.
This is a lovely option if you feel a little apprehensive about joining a main class. A bespoke One to One allows you to build confidence and gives you the opportunity to get to know me and how I teach, at a pace that suits you.

These are classes that pop up here and there which aren't on the weekly menu.
These include LT Yoga classes such as Inside Flow (Vinyasa on beat), themed events and workshops, as well as collaborations with other local studios.
You can find out what's coming up on the 'Upcoming specials page' or in the weekly WhatsApp group message.
Retreats are both in the UK and aboard. There are usually 1-3 to chose from per year and they cary in lengths of time from 1-5 days/nights.
Classes are available for workplaces, school teachers/school staff and teens. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. Prices start from £75 for in person classes or £60 for online classes.
I currently teach Vinyasa at Madara Yoga in Amersham on Mondays at 9am. I also regularly cover additional classes at Madara Yoga, at Flow Marlow and at Pila Yoga in Marlow.
For cover class updates, please refer to my Facebook page, Instagram or the Lt Community WhatsApp group where I post all cover classes along with confirming my regular weekly schedule for the upcoming week, usually on a Thursday or Friday of the week before. .

Tue 6.30pm & Wed 9.30am
Vinyasa is a popular style of yoga that links a series of poses together with your breath, creating a dynamic and fluid "flow". It is characterized by moving from one pose to the next on each inhale or exhale, making it a continuous, rhythmic practice that can feel like a moving meditation.
The sequence changes every week, usually incorporating a theme or working towards a more intermediate or advanced asana/pose. We build up the sequence slowly and variations of poses are given so it's suitable for beginners or experienced practitioners.
The Tues 6.30pm class ''Steady Vinyasa'' runs steady and with a few more cues if there are new joiners in the group, but otherwise runs at normal pace (the same as the Wed 9.30am Vinyasa)
Thu 6.00pm
This class usually follows a very similar sequence / theme to the other Vinyasa classes on the schedule that week, but usually allows the opportunity to try a few more advanced poses within the class. We will always build up to them slowly so your body is prepared and so you can stop at the depth of pose that feels right for you on the day. We usually include a few creative transitions between poses to try.
There are always a few laughs and wobbles, and everyone is very supportive of each other, whether you are new or are die-hard regular!
If you are brand new to Yoga, Tues 6.30pm or Wed 9.30pm are probably better options to begin with, but if you can only make this one, come along - you'll be absolutely fine!
Wed 10.50am
Formally called Mellow Yoga - but more informally the Mighty Mellow Crew - because even though we move steadily and might have a few dodgy or replaced joints, we cover a lot!
This class is perfect for beginners, returners, those who prefer to move slowly or those who are a little more mature.
Our regulars are typically aged from 50 to 80s, but everyone is welcome. The only prerequisite is to be able to get down and up from the floor - even if slowly and with the help of a chair. At least two thirds of the class will use the chair for downward facing dog and for some (but not all) other postures such as those testing balance! Although we use the chair to help where needed, this is not a chair specific class.
It's a very friendly group, so please join us for coffee, a biscuit and a little socialising beforehand at 1030-ish - just bring a pound for the coffee pot!
Mon 6.15pm (alternate)
This slow, meditative and grounding practice targets the body’s deeper connective tissue (the fascia, ligaments, and joints) through passive seated or laying down postures which are usually held for 3-5 minutes each.
As well as improving flexibility and joint mobility, it invites stillness of both body and mind: the perfect antidote to the fast pace of modern life and more active (Yang) styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Inside Flow, thereby regulating your nervous system.
Yin also creates space for introspection, allowing you to reflect on any relevant aspects of your current life or self. There is a focus on breath awareness and mindfulness to release emotional and physical tension while quietening the mind.
Each class will have a theme and you will be offered a number self enquiry questions related to the theme throughout.
The lighting will be soft, the music gentle and the energy calming.
Varied Schedule
Inside Flow® is a modern evolution of Vinyasa yoga practised on the beat of music. It is relatively new in the UK but hugely popular in Asia and Germany.
Lisa was the third teacher to qualify in the UK. Little parts of a longer sequence are learned - they then all come together to create the full routine which perfectly fits the final song - usually a song that you know! It's like singing a song with your body, allowing you to access a deep meditative flow like state, bringing you so much joy in the process.
Suitable for those who have some Vinyasa or other movement experience (unless labelled ''Inside Flow Introduction Flow'').
Varied Schedule
This class begins with dynamic sun salutations (little sequences of continuous movement, linked by breath) to warm up the body.
It then moves into standing asanas, holding each for 5 breaths, before moving to floor asanas/postures, also (mostly) held for 5 breaths. There is a strong focus on your gaze (dristi), your breath (ujjayi) and your energy locks (bandhas).
Wherever you go in the world, the sequence is the same. It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to do the whole sequence, so we skip a few parts to be able to finish within the hour.
We usually practise this sequence once every 6 or 7 weeks in the Vinyasa class slots, for variation.

Lisa is not currently practising Chiropractic. Any return to practise (if at all) will be announced via email (if you are interested, please subscribe below).
