Lisa, a former adrenaline junkie, was called to Yoga when a friend suggested she try it to calm her stress instead of going to the gym to do a hard workout. Reluctantly, she went along and was amazed at how peaceful she felt and what a great night sleep she had following.
She soon changed her mind on Yoga and all it entails and no longer believed it to be ‘’a load of boring woo woo’’ as she once did. She has not looked back since and went on to complete her 200-hour teacher training at the prestigious Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India. She has a strong interest in living mindfully and taking time out of her schedule to be peaceful, quiet, meditate so expect a hint of this in her classes (5 minutes at the beginning).
Lisa teaches in person group, 1-2-1 & corporate yoga classes to people of all levels that are looking to improve their flexibility, posture & strength. She includes a hint of mindfulness & meditation in her classes to give you the complete mind & body experience. She also practices as a Chiropractor at LT Chiropractic Hazlemere (formerly LT Chiropractic Beaconsfield). In her former clinic, she ran the exercise rehabilitation suite so is highly experienced in working with pain in an exercise setting.
