Hello - I'm Lisa, a former Chiropractor of over ten years turned Yogi who teaches in-person group (adults & teens), 121 & corporate yoga classes to people of all levels of experience that are looking to improve not only their flexibility, mobility, strength & freedom of movement but who are also looking to better understand themselves and their mind.
My classes are predominantly asana-based (yoga postures) unless stated otherwise, but there is usually a sprinkling of mindfulness, meditation and breathwork throughout to give you the complete mind, body and authentic yoga experience. I have a passion for personal growth and self-enquiry, so expect the occasional thought-provoking question here and there!
I love to teach Vinyasa, Inside Flow® (Vinyasa on beat), Ashtanga and Yin, within both my own community and also at local studios.
