GROUP CLASSES
Lisa teaches four public classes per week: Tuesdays 6.30pm at Alfriston School Beaconsfield, and Wednesdays 9.30am, Wednesdays 1215 & Thursdays 6pm: all at Tylers Green Village Hall. You are so welcome to join. Tuesday 6.30pm is the best class to start with if you are a beginner. If you are more mature, have physical restrictions (eg dodgy shoulders, knees) or just enjoy a slow mellow class, Wednesday 1215pm will suit best! The classes are usually Vinyasa flow (except Wed 1215 which is Hatha Yoga) & occasionally an Ashtanga class.
Investment is £12 drop in or £110 for a ten class pass (18 month expiry)
CORPORATE YOGA
Please get in touch if you would like to discuss regular or one off corporate yoga and/or posture talks. Classes/talks can be held via Zoom or in-person (High Wycombe/Bucks area only for in-person classes)

SCHOOL/TEEN YOGA
Lisa currently teaches a teen class at a local Youth Club. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a school/teen yoga class
PRIVATE 1-2-1 CLASS/SMALL GROUP
Lisa offers 1-2-1 yoga from her home in Hazlemere. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss 1-2-1 sessions, or small group sessions.
Investment £40 for 40 mins (up to 2 people, extra person = +£5)
Investment £60 for 60 mins (up to people, extra person = +£5)

''BUT I CAN'T TOUCH MY TOES"
You do not have to be able to touch your toes to be able to join....Lisa can’t either at the start of the class! Yoga benefits the minds and bodies of all ages, shapes, body sizes and backgrounds, from the athlete to the couch potato. These classes are completely inclusive.There are always modifications of the poses so do not worry about ‘’not being very good’’.
Yoga is about you, what you can do and the internal journey you take to making slow but gradual improvements over the weeks and months, with plenty of wobbles, physically and emotionally along the way. Becoming flexible is just what happens during the journey. You will feel a sense of calm, rejuvenation, wellness, community, joy, achievement and lightness in your body after each class.
We only have one body and one mind, neither can be replaced, so we must look after them well.
INVESTMENT
For the group classes, you can either bring cash or pay online as you book. If you enjoy the class you may opt to buy a class pass.
The cost is £11 to drop in or £100 for a 10 class package.

In addition to yoga, Lisa also runs & works as a Chiropractor at LT Chiropractic Hazlemere which currently also offers Osteopathy with her colleague, Tom.
She formerly ran a multi disciplinary clinic team of 9 in Beaconsfield (LT Chiropractic Beaconsfield) but recently downsized for a better life work balance and to be able to focus on yoga.
